We think it's a handy base for staying in Dunkeld. The queen room suited us: it had central heating, an iron and a writing table.

nice food, pleasant staff. in the evening we visited oak restaurant, set around 4-6 minutes away by foot from the hotel. it was a 3-star property in every way.
The street, it was noisy. This venue needs a face lift.

This place is quiet and the staff are loyal. We could see the mountain from our window. The breakfasts are satisfying with a wide array of options. Moreover, free Wi Fi was provided.
